Rockford Pilates Studio offers high quality, client-centered instruction with classes to suit every body.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that will help strengthen and lengthen your body while improving postural alignment, core strength, flexibility, and balance. Each dynamic session combines the many benefits of movement with the opportunity to deepen your body awareness and improve your breathing. All of this is accomplished through careful instruction, adaptable equipment, and individualized attention to help you understand your body more deeply and move more freely.
