Our bodies are truly amazing, and pregnancy is such a beautiful time where the strength of a woman’s body is on display! If you are an expectant mother or a new mom who is wanting to safely transition back to feeling strong and active again, we have classes that would be a perfect option for you! These Flow level classes are taught by an instructor who has specialized training in pre and postpartum movement, and will focus on mobility, strength, breath work and relaxation. They will help aid in a healthy pregnancy, prepare for labor/delivery, and strengthen your body for motherhood.
