Pre and Postpartum Pilates

Pilates for the mommas!

Our bodies are truly amazing, and pregnancy is such a beautiful time where the strength of a woman’s body is on display! If you are an expectant mother or a new mom who is wanting to safely transition back to feeling strong and active again, this is a perfect class for you! The class is taught by an instructor who has specialized training in pre and postpartum movement, and will focus on mobility, strength, breath work and relaxation. The goal will be to aid in a healthy pregnancy, prepare for labor/delivery, and strengthen your body for motherhood.

Class meets Mondays at 6:30 pm (beginning April 15th, 2024) and requires booking to reserve your spot. View our class schedule or reach out with any questions!
